I have feeling that this company take foreigner who doesn't speak good german or understand german system as their prey.

Usually the Kaltmiete is okay, but they will eat you in the Nebenkosten, came out with a fantastic NK in the end of the year

so be carefull!

I think this is a standard practice here. The actual NK turns out to be at least 30% more than nominal.
