Hi all,
I would like to know if there's any rule which forbids the auslanderbehorde to issue or release a spouse visa while you are on your probation period? I was called on from auslanderbehore for family visa, which I applied to submit my documents including 3 pay slips and arbeitsbestatigung (Job confirmation), I started a new job and currently on probation period which will end after 5 months.
