I had my Employment visa interview last week in Chennai. My job role is Software Developer and my salary is 42000 EUR which is above the blue card threshold of 40560 EUR (as I'm sure it falls under the Specialist IT Professional Category). I did not get ZAV pre approval as I didn't think it was important. Now, looking at this rejection testimony, http://www.trust7.com/forum/-/message_boards/message/873870 I'm scared. Why is it told that his salary of 41000 EUR is below the blue card norms? "SAP Programmer" role ofcourse falls under IT Specialist Professional category. Did anyone else in IT field here get rejection because your salary was below 52,000 EUR ? And is there anyone here whose salary was around 40,000 EUR and got visa approval within short time? Please share your inputs,
