Hi,

I live in Munich and have General Employment visa (tied to my current employer). I am not happy with working condition and want to quit and also move to Berlin and look for a new job there. I currently work as Software Engineer.

Can Federal Employment Agency refuse my application for job change after I quit?

Also I heard I have to report to govt once I quit my job. They then convert me to job search visa. What if I don't report and just tell them when I get a new job offer?
